my dad is treaveling to china soon and hes from asia. he is not a u.s citizen but he does have his pspers and huis green card. so i want to know if he could come back from his trip or if hes gonna be traped there. plz answer

Bring a lot of money (no matter what happen, a lot of money can solve the problem easily).
