Need Customizable China Map?

I am looking for a map of China with provinces or regions that can be clicked on and the color changed. Ideally, I'd like a China map that I can import into Powerpoint. When I click on a region, I'd be able to change the fill color, add text, etc. I am doing this to visually show a specific metric by province (i.e. green if high, yellow if medium, red is low).





Ideally, I'd like to find a free service but nominal fees are ok.
