Divorce question: got married in china and want to get it annulled in usa?

I got married in China and the girl later went to the u.s. As soon as we arrived in LA she had someone waiting for her and said she wanted to spend time with family. I said ok, and later came to realize she just used me to get a green card. So, to sum up, we got married in China but I was living in California at the time. She is still in California but I am in New Jersey. Her green card was mailed to me so I have it. I want to send it back and get the marriage annulled. Do I have to do it in California or can I do it in New Jersey? It seems complicated and I am not sure where to start. How difficult is it to get a marriage annulled? Should I just file divorce papers? Where?

thanks

you are supposed to have a 2nd interview to complete the green card. If she married you on false pretenses, then the marriage may be annulled legally and she could be deported. Talk with USCIS and see what can be done to get some payback!
Reply:If you was married in China, you would have to goto china to have it annulled.
Reply:I think you should let the INS know about how she manipulated things to have you get her a green card and now you know the truth you want the marriage to be over. I'm sure there are lawyers to help you with this.
