What to do with a girl that just used me to get Green card then left?

She is from china. she came to US on a Fiancee Visa, we married. when she got her Green card she left without a word.

Did you file the affidavit of support for her?

Reply:You are not the first. You are not the last. I am sure you can get advice from INS regarding your situation. You may also ask an immigration lawyer what to do. Do not forget to withdraw your sponsorship financial obligation to her citing she married you under false pretenses.

But thats immigration fault, because the only way out they give to people to solve that problem is getting married !
Reply:You would have to prove to the USCIS that the marriage was a sham but that would be difficult because in your interviews you had to prove to them that you were really a couple.





Also if this happened within 2 years of the marriage you might be able to contact the USCIS and withdraw sponsorship citing that she only married you for a green card.
