In order to improve housing market ,if the US Govt announce s green card for those who invest 200K inhousing?
as to why would someone want to invest into a down housing market is beyond my comprehension, probably to bail the speculators who didnt do well because they didnt do their research and bought bad deals.
Reply:It wouldn't improve the housing market because its not the Buyers and Sellers that are creating the problem.
Reply:Actually, virtually anyone can "buy" a green card and bypass the quotas and waiting lists if they make a "significant investment" in the US. $200k may not be quite enough, but $1 million certainly would.
