What is the right way to ask for asylum in China?

I moved to China to get away from a terrible law in America. I have a nice job in China and want to apply for citizenship but I lost my passport (UGH!). I can't get a new one because of arrest warrant in America. Is it possible to ask for asylum in China without a passport?

(Unbeknownst to me I married a criminal Mexican and found proof that she married me only for green card and to steal my money, I found the proof of this but American Law "Statute of Limitations" prevented me from using this evidence. I refused to give her everything when she divorced me and asked for more than half (and they agreed) so I left for China to live in a more FAIR country and took my money with me. Now I somehow lost my passport. Now I am in big trouble. I am trying to become citizen of China)

Foreign nationals or stateless persons who are willing to abide by China's Constitution and laws and who meet one of the following conditions may be naturalized upon approval of their applications:

1) they are near relatives of Chinese nationals;

2) they have settled in China; or

3) they have other legitimate reasons.
Reply:You are one hellava walking mess. Ask the Chinese government to help you.
