US Embassies and Consulates.


US Embassies and Consulates does not issue Green Cards, they issue visas after visa interviews, all the selected lucky winners and accompanying family members should obtain their immigrant visas through the U.S Embassy in their home countries or their nearest U.S Embassy, and they should go to the Embassy when directed with their Green Card processed acknowledgement Certificates and visa interview appointment letters for the issuance of their immigrant visas,and they will need to act on their immigrant visa claim application quickly before the expiration of the visa claim deadline which is on the (21-03-2008)

Hello Khizra. Ler me tell you for sure, this is all BULLSHIT. First off, there is no greencard lottery for the United States. I read the complete notification you sent and it is the exact same notification these frauds sent to people all over the world for big lottery winners. Your notification reads the same as the 6 I have gotten from theses nuts in the last year and every one of them tell you that first you have to send them money to get these things started. They are all frauds, believe me. I took the first 3 of them to the local police and they told me to just tear them up because there was so many of them sent out that no country has the money or the inclanation to even investigate them anymore. Please save yourself a lot of heartache and money,,, Throw them away..............GIB

Reply:This is clearly a scam. Any email that asks you to pay money, is usually a scam. It is an easy way to make money for people who don't care about anyone elses feelings but their own. Discard the email and don't be tempted to send them money.

Reply:Sorry, but this is definitely a scam. There is no contact person for the Diversity Visa program from the US in Bangkok or anywhere else outside of the U.S. There is no such position as Secretary General in Kentucky, and no U.S. Consulate in Kentucky. Kentucky is part of the U.S. and the U.S. has no consulates or embassies inside the U.S. The office that handles the Diversity Visa Program in Kentucky is the Kentucky Consular Center. Plus, eligibility for the DV program ends every year on September 30, by law.

Reply:This sounds FAKE. I have been getting similar emails that announces I have won a UK lottery, etc. DO NOT send money to these people or anyone similar that solicits it!!!
Reply:dont fall for or respond to this. if it really was from the government, it would be on paper, not an email. they just want to scam ppl out of their money. DONT FALL FOR IT!
Reply:This is a very well common scam, you send them the "processing fee" and you never get your promised winnings, delete the email, I got one of the exact same and replied to them saying "wow am i really a millionaire now?" and had no reply, its a load of bs!!


Lotterys dont charge you a processing fee, you only get charged tax on your winnings!
