Translate: victuri te salutamus?

Could be Roman or Greek


This is on a piece of Old Ivory Syracuse China (cream server)from my grandmother


Also there is a green emblem with a black cross above the saying


I am wondering what the banner translates to or what the Flag might be -please help solve this mystery

Translate: victuri te salutamus?
we, the victorious ones, salute you!!!
Reply:It's Latin: "We, who are about to be victorious, salute you."





The emblem is that of Brooks school.
Reply:I think its latin for "We, who are about to live, salute you"
Reply:It means "We the victorious salute you"


I studied Latin at high school :-)
