I stayed in China for half year. Now I come back. I want to go to China again within one month for doing business over there. Can I go there? I have green card. Please tell me answer with a prove (i.e. info. from a legal immigration affair website). Thank you!
Question about Travel Abroad?
As a green card holder, you cannot be gone from the U.S. more than one year without having to get a re-entry permit. If you are gone 6 months then return for a month, then leave again, that is not a problem. See site below and read paragraph titled "Internationa Travel."
