During an old couple garage clean out they gave me a bunch of radom things, including this 2'x2'8" nailed shut wooden box. After taking out the nails at my house,I see at least fifty plus, 20 round green boxes of these huge bullets.Never have I seen bullets this size.On the back of the amunition is says to use only suitable launchers....Pretty deadly looking...Do you think I should keep them, turn them in or sell them???...Thanks for your help....
I recently found a wooden box cache of 39mm ammunition that was made in China. What should I do with them???
as the 1st. answer said, sell them .. i'm sure you could always use the money 4 something : )
Reply:I did some searching and it looks like what you have is 7.62mmX39mm. Some forms of this ammo is illegal. I'd let the police know and they can send someone to pick it up and dispose of it properly. If they say it's legal to have then I'd sell it to a gun shop. Fits AK-47.
Reply:sell them to a collector, I doubt that there would be a problem with that.
Reply:If they're big and cool looking, try and sell them to a gun shop. Gun nuts would probably buy them.
Reply:Call the local police to see if it is legal for you to own that type of ammo. If they say no, turn it in. If they say yes, find a collector or a gun shop and sell it.
Reply:Take them to your local gun shop or military suplus store. i think they could be sold.
