How do u find out if immigration has a green card or not?

i need to know, because my daughter is 18 and just starting her life out of school.. and this guy is from china and lied about his age and being married and he has civil and crimanal charges against him.. and domestic too...Please some one help me...

So get him away from your daughter. Even if he doesn't have a green card, INS won't do much about one person, they're more interested in a sweep or a raid that will net them more deportees and good publicity. Good luck.

Reply:All you have to do is call immigration and give them his name and stuff. They will be able to tell you if he has his green card or not. If he doesn't they will ask you if you know where he is at and they will transport him back to China. Good luck.
